Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors pre-license course April 17
The Northern Rhode Island Board of Realtors will be offering the real estate pre-license course at their new education center. Course start date is April 17 at 6:00 pm.
This 45-hour course is approved through DBR and is designed to prepare an individual to take the R.I. real estate salespersons exam. This program also includes the 3 hour Law of Agency class that is required to get your license. This course meets for 15 sessions. Our DBR Approved Instructor Kevin Dumont is an active real estate agent and brings many years of experience to the classroom.
