Nordblom hires Witko as VP of retail leasing, marketing and management
Nordblom Company, has hired Larry Witko to the team. In Witko's new role, he is responsible for all retail projects as vice president of retail leasing, marketing and management for Nordblom.
With 20 years of experience, Witko's primary focus is the 4.2 million s/f mixed-use high-density development planned for Northwest Park. "I am hoping to create a 'sense of place' - where people want to be and not necessarily have to be," said Witko of his involvement in the Northwest Park redevelopment undertaking.Â
He brings a depth of knowledge to Nordblom having completed a diversity of projects both nationally and internationally including the initial redevelopment of the Prudential Center in Boston. Â
Past clients and projects include an Australian REIT, Mass Development as well as retail mixed-use projects in Toronto, Buenos Aires and Madrid.
