Noannet Group, Cain International and Saunders Hotel Group hold ribbon cutting at new Raffles Boston

Boston, MA Mayor Michelle Wu, and developers from Noannet Group, Cain International and Saunders Hotel Group celebrated the ribbon cutting of the new Raffles Boston at 430 Stuart St. The 35-story property is a new hotel from the illustrious hospitality brand, Raffles Hotels & Resorts. 

The property represents the first mixed-use development in North America for the 136-year-old Raffles brand, marking a new era for the legendary collection. 

Raffles Boston features 147 guestrooms and 147 residences. It boasts gathering spaces, including a speakeasy in the sky, a Guerlin spa, and a 20-meter indoor pool. Several new restaurants are now open to the public: Amar from Michelin starred chef George Mendes and Long Bar Terrace and Café overlooking the city. La Padrona from chef Jody Adams will also soon join the property.
