Newbury Block Party to run until January 3

Boston, MA The Newbury Collection’s inaugural, holiday season pop-up retail showcase, began November 27. The festival, entitled Newbury Block Party, will run weekly from Friday to Sunday until January 3, 2016, from 119-144 Newbury St. in the Back Bay and will feature a carefully curated selection of pop-up shops that celebrate the traditions and ingenuity that sets New Englanders – and their winters – apart from all others.

The Newbury Block Party features six weeks of events held across four pop-up retail experiences built for rugged New Englander – and for those simply rugged at heart. From oyster shucking lessons and whiskey tastings to custom ski building and strength training, the Party is designed to satisfy one’s hardy stomach and active-life-loving soul.
