New England Retail Properties exclusive broker for 7,500 s/f
Matt Halprin, New England Retail PropertiesManchester, CT New England Retail Properties, Inc., was hired as exclusive broker for a closed Carrabba’s Italian Grill at Buckland Hills.
Among the closings made by Blooming Brands is a 7,500 s/f freestanding restaurant at 31 Redstone Rd. in the Buckland Hills region. Adjacent to the Cinemark 18-screen cinemas and Texas Roadhouse Grill, this location is available immediately.
Representing the property exclusively is Matt Halprin, vice president of New England Retail Properties, Inc.
