New England Development's 340,000 s/f Chestnut Hill Square taking shape

Chestnut Hill Square is quickly taking shape along Rte. 9. A 340,000 s/f development opening this fall, Chestnut Hill Square will feature a mix of shops and restaurants, many of which are new to the market and others which are the best in the nation. Wegmans, Equinox Fitness Clubs, Anthropologie, Brio Tuscan Grille, and Seasons 52 are all opening at Chestnut Hill Square, as are Century Bank, Francesca's Collections, Red Mango, and additional shops and restaurants. The project will also feature the first class A medical building to be built in Brookline/Newton in over twenty years, with 60,000 s/f of medical office space. Chestnut Hill Square is located three miles from I-95 /Rte. 128 and six miles from downtown Boston. Both regional and local access are superb, with direct entry into Chestnut Hill Square via a new, lighted intersection from Route 9 East and West and from The Mall at Chestnut Hill, which includes the only Bloomingdale's in New England.
