$3.5m building sale

64 Waverly Street - Framingham, MA

Framingham, MA Scott Hughes, president of New Dover Associates, Inc. represented the sellers, Exhibit C Waverly Realty, LLC and Exhibit B Realty, LLC, in the sale of 64 Waverly St., 72 & 74 Waverly St. and 82 & 84 Morton St., for the purchase price of $3.5 million. Thomas Aitken, senior vice president of Avison Young – New England, LLC, represented the buyer, 64 Waverley Street LLC. 

The portfolio property sale included 64 Waverly St., a 12,020 s/f single story retail/showroom/warehouse building and an adjacent two-family house at 72 & 74 Waverly St. comprised of 2,617 s/f. Both properties are located with direct frontage on Rte. 135.
