Nesson of Press/Cuozzo leases 1,500 s/f at 950 Yale Avenue to Jumping Jacks
Senior advisor Joel Nesson of Press/Cuozzo has leased 1,500 s/f at 950 Yale Ave. to Jumping Jacks, an early childhood activity, learning and play center.
Nesson is the exclusive leasing representative for the 66,000 s/f multi-tenanted office/retail complex. Jeff Dow of Dow Realty represented the tenant. The Ashforth Company leases 9,500 s/f to Willis of Connecticut, LLCSTAMFORD, CT According to The Ashforth Company, Willis of Connecticut, LLC, a business unit of Willis Group Holdings, the global risk advisor, insurance and reinsurance broker, has chosen 3001 Stamford Sq. for its new office location. This is the third company that Ashforth has secured to join its tenant portfolio in the last three months.
Moving 26 employees from its current 101 Merritt 7, Norwalk location, Willis will occupy 9,500 s/f on the third floor of the building developed, owned and managed by Ashforth and located at 3001 Summer St. Willis operates on every continent with more than 18,000 employees in over 400 offices.
