Charter Realty retained to lease 17,134 s/f at Avalon Norwalk
Charter Realty & Development has been hired to lease space in Avalon Norwalk which is located at 24-26 Belden Ave. Current tenants at Avalon Norwalk include McDonalds, Auto Zone, UFC Gym, and RadioShack. The center consists of 3 buildings and currently has 17,134 s/f of retail/office space available for lease.
Avalon Norwalk has ground level retail space in Norwalk's newly developed 350-unit apartment complex, as well as adjacent second floor office/retail space that is also available for lease. Tenants will have corner visibility, and also visibility from Rte. 7. The complex is easily accessed from Rte. 7 and I-95. There is abundant onsite covered parking available, as well as numerous reserved parking spaces for Avalon Norwalk retail/office spaces.
