Nery of Coastal Commercial Real Estate sells 3,000 s/f industrial at 60 Magnolia St.

Bristol, RI Coastal Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale of 60 Magnolia St.

The 3,000 s/f free-standing steel building was a longtime machine shop, MGB, Inc. All equipment, fixtures, materials, and furniture in the building were included in the sale.

The property featured three-phase electric, two overhead heating units,12 ft. -14 ft. ceilings, a 10 ft. x12 ft. loading dock, and a large side door for the convenience of moving equipment in and out. The main entrance led to two offices and two restrooms.

The building is near downtown and close to Rtes. 24, 114, & 136. Neighboring industrial businesses are Contente’s Precision Auto, B&G Auto Detailing, Gilberts Auto Services, and Empire Bottling Works.

The transaction took place in January 2022, and the terms were undisclosed.
