Nelsen of Fishman Realty Group leases 1,000 s/f
Lee Nelsen of Fishman Realty Group Inc. leased 1,000 s/f of office space at One Pleasant St. to Knickerbocker Group.
Nelsen was the listing broker for the property owner of The Cinnamon Building, Emsworth Property LLC.
This was an expansion for Knickerbocker, which now occupies 2,500 s/f on the third floor.
