Needham Electric Supply opens 10,300 s/f branch in Myles Standish Industrial Park

Needham Electric Supply opened a branch location at 580 Myles Standish Blvd., in the Myles Standish Industrial Park. Needham Electric Supply, Taunton, Mass.

Taunton, MA Needham Electric Supply opened a branch location at 580 Myles Standish Blvd., in the Myles Standish Industrial Park. The new location is a full-service branch with a 1,800 s/f showroom and office space plus an 8,500 s/f warehouse. The opening culminates the efforts to merge the staff, inventory, sales territory, and services of their West Bridgewater and former Taunton branches into one.

Marc Barney will continue his role as branch manager in Taunton, while Edward Linskey will work as the branch operations manager. Both will be responsible for managing sales and operations as well as further developing the Taunton and southeastern Massachusetts market.

“We are very excited to take two well-performing branches and combine them into one ‘super branch’,” said Mike Toney, director of C&I sales. “Our new building will allow us to operate more efficiently and better handle our customers’ needs as we continue to strive to exceed their expectations. With the combination of Marc Barney and Ed Linskey, as well as the rest of their team driving sales and performance, we can’t lose!”
