Nedde Real Estate negotiates 14 sales & leases in Vermont

Vergennes, VT Nedde Real Estate brokered 14 sales and leases.

Nedde Real Estate negotiated the sale of 1-3 West Main St. a 1.1 acre parcel fully permitted for a nine townhouse development to Cornerstone Solutions, LLC. Jaeger Nedde and Fernando Cresta, represented the seller Leonard and Carolyn Duffy.  Anna Charlebois-Ouellette from BHHS VT Realty Group represented the buyer.

Cresta sold 419 VT Route 15, Underhill. Cresta, represented the buyer 419 VT RT 15 LLC and Esther Lotz of Esther J. Lotz Broker, LLC represented the seller Marc and Jane Maheux.

• Nedde Real Estate sold 4090 Williston Rd., South Burlington, 4,800 s/f industrial building. Cresta represented the seller Peck Electric Co. and Peter Yee of Yellow Sign Commercial represented the buyer 376 Mountain View LLC

• Nedde and Cresta leased 18,994 s/f of industrial space at 784 Hercules Dr. to Burlington Furniture Company. Nedde and Cresta, assisted the landlord 784 Realty, LLC & Nedde/Essex, LLC and the tenant.

• Nedde R.E. leased 7,340 s/f at 1891 Williston Rd. industrial space to Circle Strings LLC., Nedde and Cresta assisted the landlord Cresta Nedde 2, LLC and the tenant.

• Cresta leased 925 s/f of office space at 875 Roosevelt Hwy., Colchester, to Energy Efficiency Investments, Inc. Cresta, assisted the landlord, Telemark Properties, LLC and the tenant.

• Cresta brokered the sale of 2,400 s/f of industrial space at 162 Jimmo Dr., Colchester, Cresta, represented the buyer Nolin Properties, LLC and Esther Lotz represented the seller Coqui Properties, LLC.

• Nedde and Cresta leased 6,600 s/f of retail space at 2500 Williston Rd/, South Burlington. Nedde and Cresta assisted the landlord, Calkins Family Limited Partnership and the tenant, The Rack Warehouse.

• Cresta leased 4,021 s/f of flex space at 10 Farrell St., South Burlington to Dynamo Hockey Club, LLC. Mike Provost of Donahue & Associates assisted the tenant and Cresta assisted the landlord Ten Farrell Street Corp.

• Nedde R.E. leased 5,041 s/f at 200 Commerce St., Williston, to Shaw Hill Supply Company LLC. Nedde and Cresta assisted the landlord, NHN Holdings, LLC and the tenant.

• Nedde and Cresta leased 15,000 s/f of the Cheese Plant, 10516 US Route 116, Hinesburg. Nedde facilitated the transaction for Craft Collective VT and the landlord.

•  Nedde said that Staticworxs leased 2,448 s/f of office space at 372 Hurricane Lane. Nedde assisted the tenant and Linda Letourneau of VT Commercial assisted the landlord Hillside Properties, Inc.

• Nedde leased 1,000 s/f of office space to Telos Scientific, LLC at City Center in downtown Montpelier, Nedde assisted the landlord City Center, LLC and the tenant.

• Cresta said that Paquette Specialties, LLC leased 4,024 s/f of industrial space at 275 South 116 Rd., Bristol. Cresta assisted the tenant and Duncan Harris from Kingsland Company assisted the landlord Craig Brown.
