Neaton of Saugatuck CRE handles nine new Jersey Mike’s leases

Shelton, CT Dan Neaton of Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE) exclusively represented Jersey Mike’s in executing nine recent leases in Connecticut and New York undeterred by the COVID-19 pandemic. The new Jersey Mike’s sites are located in Shelton, Middletown, New Milford, Torrington, Bristol, Groton, Stamford, and Enfield in Connecticut and Newburgh, NY.

Excellent store sales in the region and strong marketing support from Jersey Mike’s corporation has fueled continued development of the brand, and several additional deals are being actively negotiated. We are delighted to be working with Jersey Mike’s real estate director, Cortney Rickle,” said Neaton.

“We appreciate the opportunity to partner with several outstanding franchise owners as they continue to grow the brand.”

The new locations join 11 previous lease transactions secured by SCRE, bringing the total to 20.
