Boston, MA NB Development Group signed three retail leases at Boston Landing, including K?hi Coffee Company, Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar, and The Flatbread Company.
K?hi Coffee Co. will be located at 130 Guest St. adjacent to the New Balance Global Flagship store in 1,295 s/f.
The first restauranteur of Boston Landing will be the newest offering of the Gloucester-based Beauport Hospitality Group, Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar. The restaurant will be designed by Peter Niemitz and offer upscale contemporary New England cuisine. Located at 96 Guest St., Rail Stop will include a bar, restaurant, private dining room and seasonal terrace in 11,738 s/f.
New Hampshire-based brand, The Flatbread Company, has signed a lease for 8,349 s/f at the base of the Warrior Ice Arena at 76 Guest St. Centered around a wood-fired oven, Flatbread Co. serves all-natural pizza and salads alongside an extensive beer list, with a strong emphasis on local sourcing and seasonality. In addition to the restaurant, the space will include a candle pin bowling alley.
Hyannis, MA The Landing at Hyannis continues its transformation with three new businesses joining its roster of retail and dining options. These brands, making their debut on Cape Cod, include fashion retailer Nordstrom Rack, physician-owned medical spa SkinMD, and eyewear retailer Warby Parker.
