National Realty & Development Corp. leases 40,700 s/f to Hartford HealthCare

North Haven, CT According to National Realty & Development Corp. (NRDC), a new Hartford HealthCare facility will join the 273,452 s/f North Haven Pavilion. The Target and Michaels-anchored shopping center is located at 200 Universal Dr. North.     

Hartford HealthCare has leased 40,700 s/f of the center’s former Sports Authority building.
