Cornerstone arranges $5.5m for acquisition of Crestview Apts.

West Haven, CT Cornerstone Realty Capital recently arranged $5.5 million for the acquisition of Crestview Apartments. The property consists of 63 one-bedroom, one-bathroom units with kitchens that feature stainless steel appliances, full-range ovens, and dishwashers. Hardwood flooring is found throughout the units, giving the space a nice aesthetic. Each unit has ample space with an average unit size of 900 s/f. Amenities at the pet-friendly property include an outdoor pool and surrounding patio, on-site laundry facilities, and 90 off-street parking spaces. 

The property is located close to the University of New Haven and Yale New Haven Hospitals. Crestview Apartments is a little over a mile and a half away from the West Haven Train Station with access to New Haven and Stamford as well as Grand Central Station in New York City. Tenants will enjoy having both a Dunkin’ and Starbucks close to the property, as well as the New Haven Shopping Plaza.
