Napolitano of Paragon Commercial sells 115,956 s/f office for $9.6 million
Debra Napolitano, president of Paragon Commercial Real Estate, recently represented Scarborough Holdings, LLC in the sale of 300 Southborough Dr.
Working along with Jones Lang LaSalle, Paragon had been involved in marketing the property for over a year.
The 115,956 s/f office building with 19.3 acres is located near the Maine Mall and formerly had been occupied by UNUM.
The building is now owned by Metro 300, LLC.
