• 1006 Congress Street, LLC purchased a 13,500 s/f mixed-use building on 0.45 acre from Delta Realty, LLC at 1006 Congress St. Moulton and Sylas Hatch from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale. 

• 1020 Congress Street, LLC purchased a 2,700 s/f mixed-use building on 0.28 acres from Fifty Nine Elm Street, LLC at 1020 Congress St. Moulton and Katie Millett from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the sale. 

• Misfit LLC leased 7,500 SF of mixed-use space from 1039 Riverside, LLC at 1077 Riverside St. Chris Craig and Justin Lamontagne, CCIM from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the lease. 

• Nattasak Wongsaichua leased 3,525 s/f of industrial space from 1039 Riverside, LLC at 1039 Riverside Street. Chris Craig from NAI The Dunham Group brokered the lease.
