NAI Norwood represents Goodrich Brick and Stone on recent sales

Robert and David Goodrich, the fourth generation owners of the 128-year-old Goodrich Brick and Stone, have sold their last brick and polished their last counter top. The demolition equipment is in place to remove the sales office in preparation for a new retail configuration that will include a Dollar Tree and Valvoline Instant Oil Change facility. John Mueller, of NAI Norwood Group represented Goodrich Brick and Stone in the recent sales of 3 separate, subdivided parcels. Buyers included Cumberland Farms, Gove Development, and Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
