NAI Norwood Group

Manchester, NH NAI Norwood Group has sold 24,996 s/f of industrial/retail space at 1015 Candia Rd. The building was occupied by “Thrifty’s Second Hand Stuff,” a thrift store.

The buyer of the transaction is Cote’s LLC, a sister company of Louis P. Cote, Inc., a rigging company that offers a variety of services from warehousing to heavy specialized hauling. Their current office is in Goffstown, N.H., but a lack of space due to their growing business forced them to expand and search for additional space. Both buyer and seller worked together very well and it was a smooth transaction for all parties.

According to the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds, the asset sold for $1.185 million.

Deana Arden of NAI Norwood Group, who represented the seller in this transaction, said, “The industrial market in and around Manchester has become increasingly tight, and we are pleased to facilitate the growth of an existing Granite State firm.”
