NAI Norwood Group sells 10.5 acres for $142,000 in New Hampton

NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of 10.5 acres on Packard Dr. John Hoben, Chris Norwood, and Karl Norwood, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the seller, LW Packard & Company, in this transaction. The land sale closed at $142,000 according to the registry of deeds. According to plans presented to the town, the property will be used for storage of fuel. This transaction represents the last sale in a long project of disposition of over 75 acres over four lots by NAI Norwood Group in New Hampton by a single seller.
