NAI Hunneman wins six new office, flex and retail property management assignments totaling 444,000 s/f

NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services, was recently awarded a series of property management assignments that include office, retail, medical office and flex properties located in eastern Mass. and N.H. A summary of the new assignments is listed below: * 553 Mast Rd. (Goffstown Plaza), Goffstown, NH - 174,000 s/f retail; * 825 Washington St., Norwood, MA - 92,000 s/f medical office; * 75 Herrick St. (Parkhurst Building), Beverly, MA - 78,218 s/f medical office; * 110 Shawmut St., Canton, MA - 78,000 s/f office/flex * 1091-1099 Lexington St., Waltham, MA - 15,000 s/f retail; and * 100 High St.,Westwood, MA - 7,500 s/f office. The new assignments add 444,718 s/f to an ever growing NAI Hunneman property management portfolio that now totals over 6.5 million s/f of property located on the East Coast.
