NAI Hunneman sells 12 units at Commonwealth Ave. for $3.65m
NAI Hunneman has brokered the $3.65 million sale of 195 Commonwealth Ave., a 8,500 s/f 12-unit apartment building.
David Ross, executive vice president/principal, and Gina Barroso, sales associate, both of NAI Hunneman, represented the seller and procured the buyer. NAI Hunneman's Investment Team and Capital Markets Group has been involved in over $50 million in sales and financing in the last 12 months in the Back Bay.
Built in 1892, the five-story building features double hung wood windows, hardwood floors and ceramic tiles in kitchen and baths. The property employs some of the first terra cotta detail to appear in the Back Bay; a neighborhood applauded for its unique townhouses and brimstone buildings.
