GVA Williams brokers 15,633 s/f lease renewal for Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP
John Hennessey and Stephen Lombardi of GVA Williams represented Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in its recent 15,633 s/f lease renewal at the top floor of 260 Franklin St. The Class A tower offers harbor views located in the heart of the Financial District.
The newly formed Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP resulted from the recent merger of LeBoeuf Lamb Greene & MacRae LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP. LeBoeuf Lamb Green & MacRae LLP was one of the original tenants at 260 Franklin St.
The landlord, 260 Franklin, Inc., was represented by Jason Cameron and William Collins of Jones Lang LaSalle.
