Webster, MA The former 57,000 s/f Shaw’s supermarket building at 70 Worcester Rd., and the 13,600 s/f retail strip at 84 Worcester Rd., have been sold.
The property was purchased by Lundgren Equity Partners, LLC, a MA-based limited liability company, trustee of the LEP Worcester Road Realty Trust for a total of $5.325 million.
