NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs brokers multiple leases at Timpany Crossroads

Gardner, MA NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, representing Timpany Crossroads, LLC, facilitated multiple leases within the newly developed Timpany Crossroads Plaza at 308-320 West Bdwy. The plaza, which commenced construction in 2020 and concluded in 2023, features two multi-tenant retail buildings and a 7,000 s/f restaurant pad site.

Michael Jacobs, managing partner at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, said, “The successful completion of these leases highlights the strong demand for premier retail spaces in Gardner, reinforcing the attractiveness of Timpany Crossroads Plaza to both tenants and investors alike.”

The team, led by Jacobs and vice president Tim Whittredge, acted on behalf of the landlord in all four transactions. The recent additions of Jersey Mike’s, Central Mass Dental, Clearview Dermatology, and Verizon Wireless have brought the plaza to full occupancy, complementing existing national retailers such as Starbucks, 99 Restaurant, and Edward Jones.
