The buyer was Capital Realty Advisors, LLC of Barrington R.I. and was represented by Michael Jacobs, principal, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs.
The property address was changed to 782 Washington St. during permitting process for BJ’s Gas station.
BJ’s was represented by Atlantic Retail Properties of Needham. 17 Sibley Street, LLC was represented by Jacobs. The property owner permitted the site for the retailer and was represented by Bohler Engineering of Southborough.
Construction was completed in December and open for business in January.
The station is open to general public and memberships to BJ’s Wholesale Club can be acquired on site at new station.
