Rob Nahigian of Auburndale Realty has spoken as an invited speaker at four national and regional conferences in two months of 2008.
Nahigian spoke at the Co-Star National Sales Conference at the Lansdowne Resort in Lansdowne, VA. The topic was "The Art of Negotiating."
On Jan. 17th, Nahigian was the "Annual Luncheon Speaker of the Year" for the CCIM Illinois Chapter. He spoke on the "Liquidity and Today's Comm'l. R.E.Market, Connecting the Dots for 2008."
On Jan. 30 and 31st, he spoke at the NAI National Convention at Caesar's Palace. The topics included "Synergistic Sales in Today's World" and "The Art of Negotiating."
On Feb. 17 and 18th, he spoke at the Coldwell Banker Comm'l. Global Conference in Orlando. The topics included: "Trends in Negotiating Tactics with Industrial Leases;" "Financial Debt and the Corp. Financial Statement" and "The Appraisal Process and the Broker's Opinion of Value."
