Musilli appointed head of RHYS Commercial's Retail Services Division

The Retail Services Division of RHYS Commercial (RHYS) will be headed by 18-year industry veteran Dominick Musilli, who has joined the full service real estate advisory firm as executive vice president and principal, according to RHYS president and CEO Cory Gubner. He will also serve on the company's senior management team. Musilli was previously an executive managing director and partner at FirstService Real Estate Advisors. "We're counting on Dominick's broad experience and know-how, together with his strong relationships with both landlords and retailers, to play an important role in the growth of our business," said Gubner, who noted that his recently launched company was already exclusive leasing agent for over 70 buildings in the tri-state marketplace. Musilli, who will be in charge of all of the firm's retail brokerage activities, worked early in his career as a regional real estate representative for McDonalds, and later, as a real estate manager for the Stop & Shop supermarket chain. Musilli holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Business from the University of Conn. He is an active member of the Planning Committee of The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a recipient of its CoStar Power Broker award.
