Murray of Seven Eleven and the Conviser Property Group lease 2,000 s/f
Allston, MA Aidan Murray, property manager representing Seven Eleven and Jim Conviser and Adam Conviser of the Conviser Property Group brokerage team represented the tenant who leased 2,000 s/f to Five Guys at their new site.
The new Seven Eleven store currently under construction master leased 5,000 s/f, and required a suitable tenant to back fill a portion of the space located on Harvard Ave.
