MRA brokers three sales and three leases

Portland, ME Maine Realty Advisors (MRA) negotiated three sales and three leases in August

• 5 Wade St., Augusta: A 7,600 s/f office building, sold to Capital Area Properties, LLC by Retail Association of Maine for $400,000. Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors and Frank O’Connor of The Dunham Group brokered the deal, which closed on August 9, 2022.

• 634 Main St., Oxford: A 3,300 s/f retail building, sold to Casco Street Capital LLC by Jillian Dinan LLC for $200,000. Frank Carr and Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed on August 12, 2022.

• 1 Brunswick Ave. & 348 Water St., Gardiner: An 8,000 s/f office building, sold to Kennebec Offices, LLC by Peter Johnson for $450,000.00. Matt Pouliot of Pouliot Realty and Ben Spencer of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed on August 18, 2022.

• 341 Park St., Rockland: DuPont Nutrition USA, Inc. leased 88,000 s/f of industrial space from Kent Farm LLC & RSP Rockland LLC. Doug Erickson of the Masiello Group and Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed on August 23, 2022.

• 127 Topsham Fair Mall Rd., Topsham: Sally Beauty Supply renewed its 1,200 s/f retail lease with Zenith Asset Group LLC. Josh Soley of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed on August 5, 2022.

• 7 Oxford Homes Ln., Oxford: Renewal Gardens LLC leased 10,000 s/f of industrial space from Oxford Commercial Properties, LLC. Brent Maurice of F.O. Bailey and Frank Carr of Maine Realty Advisors brokered the deal, which closed on August 5, 2022.
