Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty opens new office

Providence, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty will be opening its fourth office in the heart of Rhode Island’s capital city. The office will be located on Exchange St. in the Waterplace complex.   

The company has expanded quickly since opening in May, 2013. Judy Chace and Ray Mott, co-founders of the company, have always planned for growth with distinction. “It was our intention to continue to grow with established and seasoned agents who appreciate the partnership with Sotheby’s International Realty as well as offer a fresh and innovative approach to the Rhode Island luxury market,” said Chace.

The newly appointed chief operating officer of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty, Geer Messinger, commented that it should come as no surprise that the company is opening an office in Providence.“We see Providence as a growth environment with huge economic potential.  The city has been recognized in recent years by distinguished media outlets as a great place to live.”
