Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty handles $2.2 million sale in Charlestown, RI

Charlestown, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 10 Highland Rd. for $2.2 million. Ray Mott, broker/co-owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, represented the seller and Robin Knisley, broker associate, also of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s represented the buyer.

According to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 10 Highland Rd. is tied at the third highest sale in the town this year.

Agents of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty also represented the buyer of the tied sale. The firm has represented seven clients in the top ten sales in Charlestown in 2022.

“We are an authority in the Charlestown community,” said Mott. “Our firm and our agents continue to exceed expectations and deliver for our clients. We are proud of our position in the market and look forward to future success.”

The Quonochontaug home is located on Garden Pond. The two-bedroom and two-bathroom cottage boasts over 1,200 square feet and is just steps from the ocean.
