Providence, RI The historic, Colonial Revival located at 166 President Ave., has sold for $1.74 million. Renovated in 2014, this home offers over 6,000 s/f of living space and features six bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. The buyers of the home were represented by Midge Berkery, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Bryan McKeen of Geo Properties.
