Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International sells two properties totaling $5.012 million

192 Poppasquash Road - Bristol, RI

Bristol, CT Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the following significant sales: 192 Poppasquash Rd., Bristol, for $3.575 million and 61 Water Way, Barrington, for $1.437 million.

Per data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 192 Poppasquash Rd. represents one of the highest sales in Bristol in over two years. The buyers were represented by Ann Glosson, sales associate with Mott& Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. The sellers were represented by Leslie Hogan of Hogan Associates.

The sale at 61 Water Way represents the 7th sale over the one-million-dollar mark in Barrington for Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty so far this year, according to data from the Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service. The sellers were represented by David Coleman, sales associate and the buyers were represented by Midge Berkery, sales associate both of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
