Mott & Chace sells 56 Elm St. land for $1.365 million

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty brokered the sale of the vacant land at 56 Elm St. for $1.365 million. The buyers were represented by Midge Berkery of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s, and the sellers were represented by Emilio DiSpirito of Engel & Volkers.

According to data from the Multiple Listing Service, this is the highest priced land sale in Barrington since 2021, and the third highest priced land sale on record in Barrington. Midge Berkery also participated in two other recent sales of vacant land over $1,000,000 in Barrington.
