Steven Moskowitz of Heritage Corp. recently leased office space to two of the four candidates running for mayor in Newton.
He leased 800 s/f of office space at 797 Washington St. to the Committee to elect Setti Warren mayor. The second floor office provides ample space for campaign staff and volunteers in the accessible Newtonville area.
Moskowitz also leased 600 s/f of retail space to the Committee to elect Ruth Balser mayor. The building in West Newton has visibility at 1267 Washington St. with ample space for campaign signage.
Moskowitz represented both landlords, Bramson Associates at 797 and Luna Realty Trust at 1267 Washington St.
