Johnston of R.W. Holmes leases 11,500 s/f to Science Applications
R.W. Holmes Realty Co., Inc. has leased 11,500 s/f to Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) at Beaver Brook Industrial Park, 104 Clematis Ave. Beaver Brook is a 200,000 s/f industrial Park.
SAIC is a FORTUNE 500 scientific, engineering and technology applications company that uses its deep domain knowledge to solve problems of vital importance to the nation and the world, in national security, energy and the environment, critical infrastructure, and health.
Craig Johnston of R.W. Holmes Realty represented the landlord while Sean Lynch of Jones Lang Lasell represented the tenant.
