Morris and Foote of O,R&L Commercial sell industrial building at 445 Ledyard Street for $800,000
The O,R&L Commercial team of Jay Morris and Stephen Foote sold 445 Ledyard St. for $800,000. The property is a 24,900 s/f industrial building on 3.694 acres. Morris and Foote represented both the seller, The Fitger Co, LLC and the buyer South Meadows No 10 LLC.
O,R&L is a full service real estate firm that specializes in commercial real estate brokerage, commercial construction, and facility management and maintenance.
