Moore of Peter Scotti sells 8,000 s/f mixed-use bldg. for Samos Props.
Jim Moore of Peter Scotti & Assoc. sold an 8,000 s/f mixed-use retail/residential building located at 110 Waterman St. in Thayer St./College Hill retail district.
Moore represented the seller, Samos Properties, and the buyer, Bronhard Realty.
The sale price was $1.25 million.
The 2,000 s/f first floor is occupied by the Spice Thai Bistro and the upper floors consist of 6 apartment units.
