James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has sold 140 Pitman St. Sale price was $1.15 million.
The property is a 4-story, 58,000 s/f former nursing home in the Wayland Sq. neighborhood. Plans are for a conversion of the property to 28 luxury apartment residences.
The seller was HFS Realty Rhode Island LLC, represented by Peter Scotti. The buyer was Bronhard Realty, represented by Moore.
Sale was closed end of December, 2008.
