Moore of Peter Scotti sells 4,100 s/f office building for Moses Brown School: Mayer of Residential Properties reps buyer, Turner

James Moore of Peter M. Scotti Associates sold a 4,100 s/f, three-story wood frame office building at 317-319 Hope St. on College Hill for $380,000. Moore represented the seller, Moses Brown School. Rebecca Mayer of Residential Properties represented the buyer, Stephen Turner. The property underwent a complete gut renovation in 1998 and has off street parking for 6 cars and a full basement for storage.
