Providence, RI James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, Inc., has sold a property portfolio of mixed-use buildings in the Wickenden St. retail district of the East Side for $2.45 million.
Included in the sale was: 424 Wickenden St. with 2 retail stores and 3 apartments totaling 7,000 s/f; 464 Wickenden St. with 3 retail stores and 4 apartments totaling 8,000 s/f, and 241 Wickenden St. with 2 retail stores and 6 apartments totaling 8,400 s/f.
Moore represented the seller, Charles Samos, and KW Commercial/Next Move represented the buyer, B. K. Realty Corp.
