Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates sells 16,000 s/f office - $800,000
James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has sold 144 Wayland, a 16,000 s/f office building in Wayland Sq. on the East Side.
Moore represented the buyer, Third Best Realty, LLC. Joseph Luca of Residential Properties Ltd.represented the seller, 144 Wayland Associates, LLC.
The sale price was $800,000.
