Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates completes three sales totaling $1.475 million

Providence, RI James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates, Inc. sold a commercial/retail property located at 250 Cranston St.  The sale price for this 17,000 s/f commercial building in the West End was $850,000.  The buyer, 1208 Holdings LLC, intends to convert the existing improvements to a retail store for a national credit retailer. Moore represented the seller, MAL Real Estate Holdings LLC in the transaction. 

Moore sold a commercial/retail property located at 819 Westminster St. in Hoyle Sq. of Providence’s West Side at the end of 2015 for $315,000.  This 17,000 s/f historic brick building will be converted to retail and performance space by the new owners, Cinematheque Holdings LLC.  Moore represented the seller, Robert Denise, in the transaction.    

 Moore also sold a commercial/industrial condominium located at 205 Hallene Rd. in Warwick, across the street from T.F. Green Airport for $310,000 in January.  The 8,050 s/f single-story masonry office warehouse condo will be upgraded to house a regional HVAC company corporate office and shop space.  Moore represented the buyer and seller, Rockland Trust Bank.
