Montgomery and Nedde of Redstone lease 8,470 s/f office space to Heartworks School from Catamount/Shelburne LLC
The Heartworks School leased 8,470 s/f of office space at 4066 Shelburne Rd. from Catamount/Shelburne, LLC. This relocation allows for their main offices and Shelburne classrooms all to be located at Shelburne Commons.
Ross Montgomery of Redstone procured the tenant and Doug Nedde of Redstone represented the owner.
