Molisse Realty completes $3.25m sale of former Settles Glass building

Brian Molisse, broker/owner of Molisse Realty Group, completed the sale of the former Settles Glass building located at 830 Plain St. The property has been sold to Daniel Quirk of Quirk Auto Dealers and closed at a sale price of $3.25 million. The site will become the home of the newest Quirk Auto Dealership consisting of Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, and Dodge Ram vehicles. Plans are in place to construct a 40,000 s/f facility to house the dealership, slated for completion by 2014. The sale of 830 Plain St., was brokered by Molisse Realty Group. John Farraher from the Molisse commercial division represented the seller in the transaction and sales agent Jean Dunn worked with the buyer. Recently, Molisse Realty facilitated the lease transfer of Green Automotive to Quirk Auto Dealers. The Green site is currently being used by Quirk as a temporary location for the above mentioned dealership.
