Mitchell of MG Commercial subleases 4,334 s/f office space at 175 Metro Center Blvd.
Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate completed a sublease of 4,334 s/f of office space located at 175 Metro Center Blvd.
The subtenant is HJ Realty, LLC.
Mitchell represented the tenant, Program Brokerage Corp., and was the sole broker.
