Mitchell of MG Commercial sells medical office condo - $547,500
Leeds Mitchell, IV of MG Commercial Real Estate recently completed the sale of a medical office condominium on the Rhode Island Hospital Campus.
The Bayside Medical Building, which is located at 235 Plain St., is a Class A 38,000 s/f medical office building.
The subject was a 2,007 s/f suite which sold for $547,500.
The seller was Betram Realty, LLC and the buyer was STS & JLS Properties, LLC. Mitchell was the sole broker.
